At Signs Flags Banners, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your custom signage, flags, and banners. As our items are made to order, we have a specific returns policy to address faulty or incorrect items. Please review the details below to understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied due to an error on our part.
- The item is unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., wrong specifications, artwork, or sizing provided).
- Change of mind or orders no longer needed.
Returns Process
- Contact Us: If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at [insert contact email/phone] with your order number and details of the issue.
- Assessment: We’ll review your request and may ask for photos or additional information to confirm the fault or error.

Return Shipping:
- Within 14 days of delivery: If notified within 14 days, we will arrange and cover the cost of returning the item to Signs Flags Banners for inspection.
- After 14 days but within 30 days: You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping to us. Once received, we’ll handle the rest.

Resolution: Upon inspection:
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll either repair or replace it and return it to you at no additional cost.
- If repair or replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund for the affected item(s).

- You are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is after 14 days or due to customer error. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the original shipping cost may be deducted.
Refunds
- Refunds will only apply if the item is faulty or incorrect and cannot be repaired or replaced.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7-10 business days].
Warranty Claims
For warranty issues (e.g., defects in materials or workmanship):
- Within 14 days: We’ll cover return shipping, then repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
- After 14 days but within 30 days: You cover return shipping; we’ll repair or replace and ship it back at no cost.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the item. We’re not responsible for additional costs (e.g., installation or consequential damages).
Exclusions
- Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned damaged or incomplete for reasons not due to our error.
- Custom-made products are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
