We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Whether you are looking for a custom media wall or a custom step and repeat banner to serve as your red carpet media wall or media wall backdrop for conferences, trade shows, and exhibits, we can design and create the perfect one for you. Our branded media wall and fabric step and repeat banners come complete with carry bag so it is very portable and durable.

What’s Required To Install The Banner With A Stretch Media Wall?

To install the banner with a Media Wall, it’s recommended to slide the banner onto the frame and then pull it downwards. This will help cover the entire frame offering the type of finish needed for your event. It’s best to complete this task with the help of multiple people to ensure it comes down without wrinkles or tearing.

What Does The Frame Look Like For A Straight Stretch Media Wall?

The  Media Wall comes with a comprehensive aluminium frame that measures out to be 32mm in diameter.

Can A Stretch Media Wall Be Put Outside?

A Straight Stretch Media Wall should not be put outside. This is due to it not having the capacity to manage sudden bursts of wind. This will cause it to get knocked over despite having stable feet underneath. It’s recommended to only use it indoors for this reason.

Please note, if using it outdoors is a must, it’s possible to place sandbags on top of the feet to make sure the Media Wall doesn’t blow away or have a person at each side to hold the wall during use.

How Can You Remove Creases From A Stretch Media Wall?

To remove creases from a Stretch Media Wall, it’s best to use a steamer. The fabric is made of polyester and the steamer will get rid of the wrinkles instantly. Another solution is to use a simple iron to complete the task. Just make sure not to touch the fabric with the warm iron and instead use an ironing cloth.
